They announced my Uni summer ball line up today...

Sugarbabes(talent on stage I can perve at in a drunken stupor [but with shit voices]).
Mistajam (decent urban DJ), and
Grooverider (meaning a manic garage and house set from 2am onwards).

So all in all, not amazing - but nowhere near as bad as the line up at the first summer ball I went to.

Turned up for work today to find I'd been double booked and someone else had already started the shift. I get the day off and still get paid as it's not me fault.

it was the crazyest show ive been to

Things that made me happy today (chronological order, when it comes to importance it's a different order):

1. When I checked I was able to confirm that I am the proud owner of Iggy Pop's "Lust for Life" on 7"

2. I saw one of the two most essential movies I'll have seen this year.
seeing "Time Masters" last week was awesome but the movie I saw today, "Let the Right one in", is almost as moving and breathtaking.

3. A girl smiled at me.
I hoped she would and she did.
several times.

I smiled back

4. I realised I feel pretty good today, which is very welcome after feeling really bad for a few weeks in line for no real reason.
now I got to find me a reason to stay happy.
