In my eyes Skream can't put a foot wrong, all this new aggy shit is great, and the La Roux remix and Skreamizm 5 just show how well he can do both sides of dubstep.

Basically.....i love you skream...lets move in together..or we could take it slow...i'm easy..x

his dj'ing was poor but that didnt really bother me cos he was dropping a lot of fresh beats he probably just made.

besides herd plenty of good mixes from him so once in a while is only human.

Yeah gotta say.. tracks like filth, simple city, meta-lick, guitar hero.. these tunes are not just good because they're by skream, they just have something special about them. Can't seem to find that yet in those 2 new tunes yet though (government, control.. & what are you looking had).. maybe I need to hear them on a decent rig or something :D

That's what i'm hoping too.
I love skreamizm vol5, but everything he's done after that has just been fairly tedious and samey. Love metalick, and all that.
I thought the Benga stuff isn't great either, but last night at DMZ in Leeds they sounded pretty nice to be honest, but maybe it was the system, could've made anything sound incredible!

I don't want these producers to be shit because they've done so much for the scene and the majority of their work is great.

Clap your hands by skream and baltimore clap by benga are just terrible. Fair play for experimenting, but it doesn't work, so don't put it out.

Got to agree on that one. Clap your hands is...well it sounds like hardcore?? Fair play for doing his thing, but if I had come up with that, I'd be blasted for posting it on the forum.
But you wouldn't have come up with it would have you?

I quite liked it in that Fwd mix. Gotta say I was very disappointed with his mixing though, for the biggest name in dubstep. Sounded a bit like a drunk Ray Keith. Man's still a genius for sure, just didn't expect such slack DJing.

Standard man, people on here get way too defensive of the artists and can't see the truth sometimes.
Maybe the realisation is finally setting in.

This is an absolute smasher no question! To those who are saying all skreams tunes sound the same blah blah blah... so do a lot of other producers works, thats just how music is; people have a 'style', or whatever, for a few tunes, then switch it up when they feel like a change.

Its a big ask to have every single tune completely different sounding to the last one isn't it??!

Take these tracks:
Dark Light vs. What the Fuck are You Looking at?
Trapped in a Dark Bubble vs. What Did He Say?

I'd say Skream is more diverse than some other producers... I love Distance but all his tracks sound similar, the live guitar samples etc. Chasing Shadows, Caspa, Truth, Burial, Synkro all have a 'sound' that you can recognize right?

I might ask the 'leave britney alone' person to do a video for skream, caspa, rusko and all the other producers people slag off on here for no good reason!

"Just leave him alooooone!!!! Leave Skreammm allooone!"

Fuck me! That mix in the OP is full of weight! This track is rinsing, though it sounds wads like What Did He Say?

I remember reading in the Dubstep thread on RLLMUK, someone saying about Skream mixing whilst pissed: completely all over the place, and reading the crowd wrong putting on dark shit.

Can't say a bad word about his tracks though; I'd still pick Skream to listen to before any other dubstep artist.
