i'm not quite sure what you mean by dub techno, this can mean a couple thigns...

but...

i can say that oliver lieb (aka LSG) is someone you should probably check out. some of the best techno ever made, IMO

Keep an eye on www.sittingovation.com - I've been featuring lots of dub-techno recently.

Favourites include

Leo Cavallo
Quantec
Deepchord
Basic Channel

but there's a bunch more worth checking out - plus the odd exclusive track!
