Do you like Pendulum's first album (Hold Your Colour)?

I know Pendulum gets a lot of hate on this board, but do you like Hold Your Colour, their first album? I don't like their newer songs, but I really like this album.

hold your color is massive (think slam!), in silico didn't quite fit my taste but has its moments as well...
oh, and i think the pendulum remix of prodigy's voodoo people is the reason i couldn't really hate them after all.

I own that album and I thinks it's pretty good actually. I agree with most of the hate though, they have been producing prpoer shite lately.

When I was 17 I thought it was cool, then 6 months later I never wanted to listen to it again. Too poppy for my tastes, and how many times can you recycle the exact same break? As for their second album... absolutely awful in my opinion, and I can't stand to watch their live show because it makes me cringe.

i totally agree. i was disgusted. can't believe i bought a ticket to that fucking garbage. They were prancing around the stage like this horrible metal band... so weak. don't think i saw a single vinyl that night. awful.
