Yeah, I get them off my GP and as a substance misuse worker and counsellor it would be very unprofessional of me to do endorse such a thing . :P :wink:

But I know a kid who can get them off india, next time I see him I'll get the details for you, they're sold as 10mg but they're 5mg. Piriton (the original not the none drowsy stuff) can really help you sleep too. :)
