It was mentioned somewhere around here a couple of years ago now. There's a record store in Australia called Inertia that has it available for preorders with a catalogue number of MEDICD001 and a release date of April 11, 2009, but I can't find any confirmation of any of that anywhere else, so I'm not holding my breath.
