axiom 25 help

so i got a maudio axiom 25 for my birthday in november and i love it but today i woke up and only to keys will play notes now i have uninstalled and reinstalled all the drivers and i am still only able to get two keys to register notes in fl studio can any one help

Same kinda thing happen with my 49, i took it apart cleaned all the ash and backy out of it fiddled around put it back together and everything worked fine

yeah i jus said phuk it and sent in my claim from guitar center they just cut a check i absolutly recomend guitar center i payed 20 us $ for two year call them they cut a check for the price two spend at guitar center the electronic music version of toys r us thanks for the help

so in closing i guess that this is now the guitar center is the best store on the damn planet thread

are you referring to the "performance guarantee" ?

those don't always have happy endings

I gotta agree.

generally performance garuntee's are a scam.

I love how they sell you on it as well, telling people its as easy as cutting a check then once you apply for it you get this brochure with all the ways its not just like cutting a check lol. Its the same across the country, same pitch at every guitar center.

It will depend on what happened to your axiom. I forsee them saying its normal wear and tear and that you'll be screwed out of money, or they will have a dispute about something involving the use of your axiom. Thats usually how I have seen it all go down. I hope they don't dick you around and get you that check.

hard reset. i think it's just hold down + and - while booting up. it definitely happens and this definitely solves it; google it.
