Reggae Roast is back at the Big Chill House for another Bank Holiday BBQ on Sunday 24th May. After a run of massive events at The Big Chill House in 2008 and a captivating performance at the festival Reggae Roast return to Kings Cross for another legendary all-day session. DJs EXEL & MOODIE + special guests will be providing a whopping 14-hours of the toughest roots reggae, Ska, dancehall, dub and dubstep in an unbeatable atmosphere with strictly positive vibes inside.
Reggae Roast are delighted to announce that SUGGS, front man of MADNESS will be playing a one-off DJ set spinning tracks from his classic Ska, and 2 Tone collection. This is an unmissable opportunity to catch one of the most influential British Ska musicians up close and personal at the fabulous Big Chill House.
Also playing on the night will be DUB TERROR. Haling from Turin Dub Terror is one of the most exciting new producers of the moment. Building across heavy Roots Reggae, Dub, Dubstep and Grime sound-scapes, Dub Terror smashes boundaries with his hard hitting yet melodically vibrant style.
The Big Chill House is the perfect place to spend your bank holiday Sunday, with a mouth watering BBQ on the roof terrace and the best Reggae vibes on the dance floor. Unbelievably this killer event is FREE all day long, with great deals on special Reggae Roast Rum cocktails and tasty BBQ food.
