Assuming that club nights don't count, my last actual band concert was to see the Black Metal group Gorgoroth.

It was shit, but i was high and it was fucking funny to see people taking it so seriously

Pete Doherty (solo) at Shepard's Bush in February I think it was.

Not many people who're actively touring who I like these days tbh..I still go to the odd "3 pound to see 3 band" nights up and down London but they ain't really "gigs"

well I only like some of their older albums, def not the latest one

plus, shitty was directed more at the concert really, i think they´re generally alright with some brilliant spots.
but the concert was fucking shitty. they were just not in the mood and they couldn´t be arsed to even simulate or try
that rude tnuc Liam (an I mean that in a good way  ) sang about half of the tunes from the backstage. He wouldn´t even bother to stand up on stage ffs. At some point he just got bored and disappeared somewhere taking the mike with him and only came back for the last couple of songs.
Apathy was in the air.

It is serious. I hope you weren't smiling or 'moshing' that would not do at a Black Metal gig.

Gorgoroth are seriously false anyway.

I saw Satyricon a while back, they were awful. It was full of kids having fun and stuff

I was mostly pointing and laughing from the bar area, while being 'cursed' by the lead singer Gaahl and got into an argument with some female that claimed to know all the deep and meaningful lyrics to their songs. I then proceeded to laugh her out of the venue with red eyed glee.

Then there was the time i saw Mayhem play. They only played a 20 min set and some hench Norwegians were thinking of burning down the stage in protest. Scandinavians are bare laughs.

I love the ridiculousness of it all. It's like a soap opera with them type of bands.

eh..i´m exagerating a bit ofcourse, cuz otherwise i get bored  , might not have been really half the concert..

at some point he threw some bottles of watter in the audience and someone threw back a bottle and hit him
maybe he actually got upset by that.. or maybe his cocaine wasn´t good enough.. fuck knows
