if yer legal check the video tutorials on the website, they'll show you how to use the software, if not ask specific questions and you should get answers.
basiclly tho dubstep is around 140bpm, with a lot of halfstep stuff about (ie the tunes at 140 but the bassdrum/snare pattern is at 70bpm).
pay more attention to the bass than anything, put subtle reverb on the drums, percussion and fx, but make sure that your making stuff that YOU want to listen to, and that you have fun making it!
theres loadsa tips here already, plus a lot of stuff that holds true to dubstep holds true to dnb, so maybe check some dnb boards for production tips as well.

in most audio programs 'bounce' and 'export' are the most common terms (usually found under the 'file' or 'audio' menus) for generating a file of the song you're working on. I don't use a pc anymore and don't have fruity loops, but from what I remember it should be something like that.adisize wrote:ok got used to the software a bit more but i have a question that i think will make me look stupid.
i know how to make a loop but how to i make a song?
good luck
