Fucking sack of shit website. Couldn't remember my password and therefore I am now locked out of my account.

Anyone else had this issue, they say they will be in touch within 24 hours, and I've got a gig on Sunday. How long does it take to get in touch?

had a responce to get me out of the prob email auto reply pretty quick from what I remember, rarely use them though due to being so damn over priced in the uk

Yeah Auto-reply got that. It is a little over priced, but you get a lot of exclusive to beatport tracks. Which IMO worth its money.

I still have lost a lot of time with them.

To be honest, it's not that I want to buy new music. It's that I want to re-download tracks that have gone missing when I wiped my PC.

Think you can only re-download for a certain amount of time

it says in the beatport knowledge base that you can redownload up to 4 hrs after purchase only.
