A lot of what has been mentioned here... especially the heavy stuff but for me it's got to be:

Miserere feat. Jila -Quark, Ruckspin & Planas (ranking records) http://www.imorecords.com/View/22256/ (listen to side A)
Philly - Boxcutter http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KrfmxvdAib8
Discipline - Untold http://www.boomkat.com/item.cfm?id=149355 (listen to side 01)
Tense - Scuba http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUAEWLG32_8

spine tingling tracks.

DQ and I were discussing this one the other day along the same lines. Regardless, D1 is woefully under-appreciated-- especially by heads askin' quesations on the production forum!!! dude is moving things forward.

So fucking good, the way dubstep should be, post apocalyptic soundscapes with stomping bass, no wanky LFO to Filter cutoff shite.
I love you! :U:

Well, not really, but that Hidden Worlds track is immense! :)
jeeeeez! haven't heard of 501 before, but he is ridiculously mad mad mad! love it.
Yeah 501 is absolutely killing it at the moment. Pretty much everything he makes seems to be a TUNE! (If you havn't already looked up 'Dub You' by him then you need to XD)

A BIG +1!!

I also have to say Reso.. that guy is one of my favs! Such sick twisted robot apocalyptic productions. IMO he's the most creative dubstep producer out at the moment. Although i sometimes doubt it's still dubstep.. But hey, who the fuck cares right!

Can't think best ever but first few that came to mind were...

Reso - Namidia (sp?)
Headhunter - Your Say
Headhunter - Paradigm Shift
(...to be fair pretty much any Headhunter tune - big ups Tony as always)
Benga - Pleasure
Jack Sparrow - Tempus
Jack Sparrow - Sniven

Probs a shed load more tho, and I haven't even mentioned Goth-Trad...I'd be here all day listing tunes tho!!
