Nathan Fake, DJ Shadow, DJ Cam, J Dilla in other genres..

Neil Landstumm probably, but then there are too many different styles for one producer to be my favourite, they've all got their own sound.

Mala and Burial are at the top for sure.
I love Joker and think he is a quality composer but i don't think he's one of the best producers. Like Kode9 said in the interview he did on 1Xtra a while back, he goes for the sound here the producers are fairly minimal and almost naive yet the composition is still quality. I think production is half the process, but the composition itself needs to be top notch too and that's where Joker comes into his own.
