Long may this continue because at the moment you can do anything in dubstep and that makes it the most exciting and inclusive scenes on the planet.

I like your stuff - youll fit right in - dont worry just hawk your tunes about.

:D
yeah this is what i reckon too. theres plenty of 'non standard' stuff coming out, you just need to do some research on labels and stuff. tbh i havent bothered doing that myself, but will in the future. just head to juno or something and trawl through the dubstep section checking tracks and note down the artists and labels that are fairly similar to the stuff you are doing. simple really.

As long as there is good bass and good groove at around 140 BPM then i'm happy!

nice one man! what do you mean by a 'casting couch audition'? like i come down and have a chat with you or something, cause i'll probably be up for that, just a bit poor at the moment! can get on aim some time, when you about? i can send you my tracks via email or pm, tbh i aint been doing dubstep that long so i've only got about 4 decent ones done (funnily enough the ones that are on my soundcloud). i'll send you some links for 320s anyway though!

casting couch auditions ..careful.. you might get the LFO routed to your lower-mid range by accident. it can be a bit distracting

haven't read others' responses but off the top...there are some labels out there that sign more "eclectic" talent. Some examples are Ninja Tune, Planet Mu, Skull Disco maybe? There's definitely a market for more experimental stuff you just have to do a little more research. Maybe check out the labels on boomkat.com, they've got a lot of really experimental EDM stuff. Personally, I love to hear stuff that's unique and experimental in nature..so keep it up...the world needs more artists like that
