Godfather Scorn

Post by halo skycrash » Mon Jul 13, 2009 2:55 pm

I watched that documentary called 'It's not Just Bass' a while ago and I still am a little shocked they never mentioned Scorn. Just listen listen to the stuff he did on Hymen around 2000-2002. I'm not trying to hate on that documentary. I guess we all come from a different background in music

Scorn is from Birmingham. Check his stuff out if you haven't heard it. The stuff on Hymen will leave your mouth open. Also new stuff on Combat.

Yeah, his stuff is pretty dark. He was the drummer for Napalm Death for a sec along with Justin Broadrick who is also big in the electronic scene. Check out Techno Animal as well if you aren't afraid the dark.
(both these videos have shit audio :()

Thanks for backing me. I remember hearing Dubstep for the first time. I downloaded some Combat Recordings mixes. I was excited, cause they started chapter 2 to what Scorn did.
