I think unless you're going secondhand, you'd be talking at least £80 for something with some controllers. However, that hybrid keyboard in the link is probably a much better bet if that's all you can spend, as at least you'll be able to play notes in even though the midi capabliity will probably be a little lacking. Certainly better than not having a keyboard.
I think in all honesty, you'd be better off saving some money and looking at something nearer the £100 mark. I think that you'll want to graduate from that keyboard pretty sharpish when you need various midi controllers to adjust sounds in real time. I use an M-Audio O2 that I picked up for £90, only 2 octaves, but it does what I need it to.

I got an old Casio off of ebay for about £20, I then bought a USB to midi convertor from Maplin - works great with Reason.

Don't get the Emu - was told that they're not particularly solid construction and seem cheap. The Alesis Photon looks good (I was gonna get one of these, but my local shop was out of stock and I was impatient and bought the M Audio 02. The Oxygen 8 is pretty good and been about for quite a few years so would reckon it's tried and tested by now.
I would say check Turnkey and Digital Village - think you should be able to get the majority of these for 80 notes with free shipping if you're lucky - the buy it now price on the Alesis plus postage would be a rip-off if that's still the case. And you'd get at least a years warranty too
