People who eat a diet high in red and processed meats are 50% more likeley to get colon cancer

but yeh, the average western diet is pretty bad if you're susceptible to getting cancer ie. youve had relatives with it. Personally 3/4 of my grandparents contracted it at some point, one of them twice and one of them died of lymphoma - that kind of got me to kick the meat.

Vegetarianism isnt the answer to every problem, and its not for everyone but it's definetely good for your colon lol

did the specialist ask you to perform a self examination of your ass while you were on the phone?
