ah mate its a sick thing to get into! Im a proper fiddler and its a class thing to do with yer hands. Its enjoyably hard too. You can learn different things fairly quickly, but to make things smooth is such a slow process, but you can see yourself gradually get better and its proper addictive
Best thing to get to start is a nice big stage ball to practice with. Made of hard rubber instead of solid acrylic (the see through ones) so you dont smash everything in your house and its much easier to learn anything involving rolling the ball around your body. Good fun getting both really, the clear ones are wicked for the isolations where youre trying to make the ball stay still.
A good stage balls here:

The 80mm one is better for the enigmas and stuff (http://www.contactjuggling.org/wiki/index.php/Enigma) but yeah the bigger ones easier for rolling on arms etc. I got the 100mm one and a 70mm acrylic see through thing.
But yeah, go to www.contactjuggling.org for all your contact juggling needs! Wicked video tutorials for stuff, and nuff info on the forum if you want to get involved. Get on it son, its a good laugh!
