Sorry to hear about your loss,

I lost my grandad just over 3 years ago. He was an funny & intelligent human being who was cruelly snatched away by Alzheimer's. What made it worse was that he had always lived as part of our household, and had really been my main male rolemodel, what with my parents divorcing when I was just 6.

It hurt alot, but now I just remember the good times.

All the best.

When I die one day I would like to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather did.

Not screaming in the backseat like his passengers.

Sorry for your loss mate.

my favorite thing about my grandfather was that he was pure class, he taught me how to treat a lady

Sorry to hear this man,

I know its not easy, but you should try to take some comfort in the fact that what has happened is the natural order.
I recently had to watch my friend be buryed by his parrents, and that was eff'd!
From what you said your grandpa sounds like a great man who enjoyed the time that he had, and what more could you ask for from life.

Holdtight mate, and dont forget time is the best healer of all.

death must be a crazy thing to go through or grasp... i honestly haven't experienced a death of anyone very close or family. i already replied but again, sounds like he was a good man. i know he's proud of a grandson that holds him high, and will carry his name proudly
