this interview was broadcast last night in london. from the interview it sounds like he's in london now to work on beats. the doa tune was probably made weeks ago.

I respect Jay-Z, so it's cool. I just hope that rap artists don't just use dubstep beats that are only from C&S, there are a bunch of other dubstep artists who makes beats that are good to rhyme over.
I'm surprised at the sudden interest in dubstep from rap artists. First Snoop, then Murs, then Lil' Jon, now Jay-Z (and probably some more that I don't know of/forgot).
Sounds great. Would that be considered a dubstep beat though? Sounds more like a dubstep influenced hip-hop track.

I got the DOA tune off a hiphop record pool about a month ago.
i have heard from the hiphop world that there are a few more original tunes coming...
looking forward to it, but im guessing it will be more hiphop and less what we are used to, but either way, big up to those guys for getting to that level...

That is not dubstep. Sounds just like any other commercial vomit hip-hop.

Back in the dayz we used to sit cross legged in a circle at DMZ and signal the DJ with joss sticks.

screw all this nonsense though... why did it take guys like jay z and kanye this long to come up with the novel idea that you can rap over a dubstep beat....

I thought Jay-Z retired?
In all honesty, I hope this project fails or has results that are much better than Snoop Dogg Millionaire. Just my opinion.
