Experience learned me that that wont change anything with the Belgian post.... :(

Maybe it's because Redeye ships with a different company then Chemical (although it didn't make a difference last time) or maybe because it are 20 records (again, didn't make a difference few months ago).
I guess it's gonna be monday :x

Buy/rent one of those machines that generate steam so you can make them wet more easily.
Or just puncture it with needles so it absorbs water better.

Yeah man.

Even if you wanna cheapskate that shit up just boil a kettle into a bowl or something and hold it under a portion that you have put pinpricks into.

Wallpaper = fail no matter where when or why it was put up. Just so shit looking and hard to deal with.

unfortunately i can't use a steamer, as it is on the ceiling the steam could get soaked up by the plasterboard and then the whole ceiling could fall in, not a good look really.
i have been scratching it up, but it takes a lot to get through the woodchip paper, and it still doesnt come off amazingly. there is one wallpaper stripper that was working alright as long as i let it soak for a good 10-15 minutes, but it still takes quite a bit of scraping to get it all down. its jus been pissing me off more and more, who needs wallpaper on a ceiling anyway? stupid 60s builders...

I had weights and reading in mind at some point today, but I've sat on the internet a lot, which is accentuated by the fact that it's all being timed, 3:14 hours so far.
