need Tune ID: P+2 001 whitelabel

heya,

just indexing my records and am wondering about a singlesided whitelabel

the only thing which is scratched to the vinyl says "P+2 001 A"
record runs on 45 and is blank on the other side.

i got no clue what this could be.

i also could provide audio but it would require some cable wireing, and i'm too lazy right now.
