heres another dubstep track that im working on. let me know what you think, im fairly new to this so any advice helps.

This is a new beat ive been making, my idea for this is like, a storm. Im going to name it The calm before the storm and its going to build up and build up until like a few seconds of silence then a drop. Tell me what you think cause this is the main bit. Since this ive eq'd the drums further and some sidechaining to the kick to give it more impact. Working on a variety of synths with alot of grit in them and have boosted to snares high frequencies to give it more snap and cut through the mix a bit more.

quiet like this tune.think the drums need a bit of work,think a stronger snare an maybe some more percussion would be good.nice little tune though mate!

not to sure on the drums
think the timing put me off but thats just me. nasty tune though, nice one.

this track is frustrating me see what you think of it any way...
its different to the normal heavy dubstep/kinda electronica as well

anyone know how to edit the bass check at 1:20
bad extatic sound

can some one plz help?
this happens in most of my tracks when i use the wobble bass...
how do you make the bass stop when you want another sound come in like a different pattern of bass like a hook or some thing

this track is starting to do my head in...listen at 1:20 where that edited sound come in i tryed chopping it up ,tryed turn the volume down before the next bar come in but its still not working for..

basicly once i have a bass pattern going when i want to add another bass pattern in the bass in how do i make the 1st bass stop with out the extatic sound...i dont know if this is making any sence..

try listen to my tune from 1:15 to 1:25 but the extatic sound is at 1:20

i am quite a novice but with the base where it changes. could you not use an old fashioned volume fade to merge from one section to the other. put the first bassline on one track. duplicate it on a second track. have the pattern overlap slightly, then volume fade between the two tracks?

wow its pretty good really dark and evil really,nice drums sound synth that comes in at 1:48 sounds crazy..very amospheric..

Seeing as my setup's in storage right now I've just been fuckin about making synths on the missus' computer (just a basic pack of drum samples and a copy of reason 4.)
