a Whine about chemical records

Post by scrotrot » Sat Aug 15, 2009 9:51 pm

The other day i ordered a t-shirt off chemical and it didn't fit, so I sent it back asking for a different size, by the time my order got back to them, the different size was out of stock as everything i want always seems to be, and they didn't even let me know, just did nothing. So i chased them up and they sent a different item. I just checked my bank statement and it turns out they also charged me for post of the different item when they said they wouldn't. Sorry to clog up this interesting forum with me moaning but this just pissed me off. And although chemical do have some great products, my advice would be to be wary of ordering from them.

Fuck off you scrog, I order from them all the time with no trouble... Once I was sent a remix of a track instead of the original, phoned them got it sorted, went onto my order history and saw it was my mistake anyway... They're always been spot on when i've rang them up, usually have 10% discounts going, sell vinyl AND apparel, pretty bang on in my eyes, their player is too sick aswell...

bruva did you join this forum to moan about a t-shirt? if so then you are on some next level. Chemical Records is the daddy and everyone knows this. So please don't badmouth them.

or sentences for that matter.

What compelled you to make a thread here? We ain't gonna sub you a new tee. That, and most folk here have had a posi experience with Chem so it's really yer own battle.

Less internet whining and more sorting yer own shit out without us being brought into it, mate.

Bad publicity? if they were some sort of start up online order place maybe,

These guys have had too much praise off everyone in the past for 1 thing to make a difference.

Tell you what though I'm gonna be damn sure I get the right size in future when ordering clothes off the internet :o

I know why don't you
CLEAR everything in their shop,
SMASH everything in stock!
Always good when I've used them, plus they do regular competitions on here, which I don't see many other shops doing.

dont use chemical records anymore, they failed to send me a big order and said i was lying when i told them it hadnt arrived. Used to have great customer service till recently, the guy I spoke to was an unhelpful cock who made me feel bad.

eventually they sent me the tunes again after they were sent back to them but it took 2weeks and they charged me for p&p. Ive been buying records off them for near enough 8 years I made it clear Id never be using them again.

In that case use www.piccadillyrecords.com

They're kick ass and ALWAYS get the records to me the next day.
