Amen. I don't ever remember anyone complaining when goldie and krs-one got together , possibly because there wasn't mass access to internet and you just done your complaining to your mate and that's as far as it went.
Mind you the dnb hip hop ting didn't exactly take off and the majority of them were crap

Why shouldn't they?
What rihanna is good at is singing. Who the fuck are you to say she cant do that over a dubstep beat? Lets face it, modern pop music is just a perversion of underground house and trance, its only natural that the next step will be a greater influence from 'new' underground sounds.

Lol another thread. That video where jay z is talking about chase & status is funny, he doesn't recall their name .. "I want to work with some new guys..chase... a...." and the interviewer chimes in with "Status?", and he goes "Yeah Chase & Status" said with stah tus, not stay tuss.

Dunno, but with that remark, it got me wondering if he was planning on working with them because he was into their music, or because they are hot shit right now in the UK. Surely if he was into their music he would know their name though?
Anyway, never liked Rihanna but let's see what they do. Can't help but be somewhat biased though since her music was always very annoying imo. Oh well at least it's not britney spears or madonna.
yet...

she liked the drums on that track?? huh?? i dont know about her but it seems like the drums are the least emphasized part of that track. maybe if she said that about an LD tune id believe her statement but it does sound like pure bullocks

Definate attempt on both parts to jump on the bandwagon and make a few more dollars out of something that's become very popular in the UK, which is what I disagree with.
Especially when Jay Z doesn't even have the decency to learn their fucking names!
You never know though, might be amazing.
I'm, however, prediciting that it's gunna be a pile of wank.
Are you ACTUALLY joking?

I can't believe a bad gyal like Rihanna would sell out like this.
I'm heartbroken. makes me want to smash up my copy of "Shut up and drive" (I'm going to keep the cover art though obviously)
