i saw this def jux dvd prolly like 6 years ago. el p said his buddy said he would give him 500 dollars if he made a happy beat. he said he wasn't able to do it lol. I also remember from the video aesop said he smoked 5 PACKS a day. those guys were on some other shit

Semi OT: I was in the studio w/ Pete Rock and got to watch him make an entire beat from scratch all on the SP1200. One of the most inspiring moments in my beatmaking history.
