less LFO to Cut off filter?
if you wanna make grinding sounds - just use a good distortion plugin or run it through a amp/cab

I just meant - it don't have to wobble for it to sound good - theres not really a tutorial needed haha, if you're on FL - run your bass through "Slayer FX" using a dry on the amp and brit on the cab - it sounds pretty sick

As legendary siad have it set to "dry" i.e no effect on the amp and just a fraction of "wet" on the cab.joepiff wrote:ok i done that on slayer but its distorted shall i put in a filter and wat settings shall i have? fanx
The idea here is to have a very subtle amount off distortion just to add warmth and weight to the bass.
Experiment a bit.
Haha yeah it will all be worth it. Dont forget the production bible sticky too dude. It has a whole section on bass and a section dedicated to FL studio.joepiff wrote:fanx Phase like i said i am a bit new at this
everything a bit hectic but the help is workin.
Also there are about 2,000,000 tutorial videos on youtube.
