Some of my UK-buddies often use "tampon", "shit-pipe" or "clogged shit-pipe"

Ah ok yeah I knew about bredrin but I wasn't sure if bredBin was supposed to just be a variation or like an insult.
What are considered like the worst of the worst insults?

tnuc
or saying anything about a personal tragedy etc (I presume this is universal)
The worst insults depend on who your insulting, if you really want to insult them then you have to pick on a character flaw or something they're embarrassed about.
This is universal though.

I wouldnt use breadbin as an insult but a term of endearment. Blatantly comes from white middle class adaptations of slang brought on by our great leader of badman lingo Sir Ali G.
