Still on the fence. Heard it was long and drawn out , but I think I'll give a go sometime this week.

good movie, but typical tarantino

Yes she is!
Movie was ok, it just didn't grab me. There were quite a few good snippets here and there but it just didn't add up to an awesome whole. The extended dialogue scenes all held quite a fair amount of tension as you just knew something was eventually gonna happen but there might've been just a bit too much of that.
The part where Brad Pitt spoke I-talian was hilarious!

damn I thought I knew pretentious film fans! i saw it tonight this movie was fookin great. i didnt care for kill bill, and I generally don't like ultra violent movies. i thought it was very well done and I have seen a lot of damn quality movies. you shouldnt just listen to one person to get reviews. get on netflix or the rotten tomatoes forums, much better guidance on thereYou won't be missing anything if you give this one a miss, though.

Thought the film was absolute quality - I was buzzing when I left the cinema. True say about Christopher Waltz - he made the film imo. A lot of haters, so many people I've talked to don't really rate. Approach it like a ridiculously well executed B-movie grindhouse film (the sort that Tarantino worships) and perhaps you'd see it a little differently.
