Tough question. Probably City Limits Vol. 1 is up there for me right now.
Lots of dubstep albums dont really work so well so its a hard question to answer. Lots of banging EPs but LPs is a different ball game...

martyn - great lengths
most other stuff i like is mixed or just singles. seems rare that you get ''finished'' albums with a good flow and nearly all good tracks. generally its a few stand out and the rest filler.
