happened to me this morning

Sub-Total: $2.99
Low Order Fee: $0.25
Total: $3.24

It's also sketchy and bad business practice to use fees that aren't advertised until you get to the final purchase page. Its a slippery slope. Let 'em take 25 cents, then another, and another.

And this is very negative for producers and labels. Buyers who feel put of from unnecessary fees, will find other ways to get music, instead of paying for it.

You think that's helpful for the scene?

thats pretty fucking lame actually... it sounds like they are trying to push their payment processing fees on to the customer if you dont order over a certain dollar amount...

Addictech is pretty lame. I may be pulling my product soon. Haven't made up my mind yet but they have been nothing but a big headache for me.

People buy stuff there tho, so it is not an easy decision. I just wonder why people do?

If they get it right I have no problem buying my tunes there.

I just don't like looking at a price for a track... say $1.99.. then getting to check out and seeing that track is actually $2.24


Be upfront is all I ask.


If you need to charge more for a track, just offer it as that price. Don't try to hide it on the last page after I've done all this shopping around the net.
