gurgly sounds, electro blips
Hi guys,
I want to know how to make all these amazing gurgly sounds like in this track:
http://hypem.com/#/track/833164/Modesel ... tie+Remix+
Also, how can I make these electro blips (first one comes in pretty much right at :02 seconds)? Here:
http://hypem.com/#/track/708918/Rustie+-+Zig+Zag
rustie is the shit... no my username has nothing to do with him

its probably only a matter of time before these "rustie bleeps" threads replace all the "rusko wobblez" threads since rustie's the hot shit right now
a good starting point would be getting some 8 bit samples or certain synths that help achieve this video gamey sound -- synthtendo, quadrasid, vanguard, some of those sugar bytes synths (if im not mistaken), although it can most likely be achieved with any synth. think it's square waves going thru an arpeggiator, but i could be wrong.
i'd definetly like to see what some of the more knowledgable posters on this board have to say, as im also very curious about the process in getting such a surreal, squirmy sound. not so much how to get bleeps, but what it is that makes this sound so...hallucinogenic and surreal. mad automation and/or lfo fuckery?
either way rustie is boss

Not sure if your wanting to use a synth to make these sounds, or if you use massive, but I just uploaded a patch that has a gurgly sound here using massive: http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=105566
