you can't hate it if you are really into electronic music...
of course, there is that hateable house which you can hear in provincial clubs where 16 year old guys trying to get a bird by dancing totally stupid to bullshit sounds...
but there is indeed interesting stuff... thinking of genres, soulful house springs to my mind (which is connected to soul of the 60s/70s & funk and that's tmaybe the interesting thing to me).
deep house is maybe the house-genre that lets me get the most into the groove... for me it's still the earliest form of goa (which is a interesting sound, if there wasn't this damn hippiesk bullshit)
french house and alcohol fit perfectly together by the way....
but still, i'm not that much into house in general. just...
