slicing up breakbeats on renoise help
so far ive been using the 09 command, this is good but what I really want is a way to map it out across the keyboard? like each and every hit. just like the old days of the akai sampler and its 'keyboard span' thing. where you'd have about 10 keygroups on set to the same midi channel but each hit of the break had it's own key. thanks

Re: slicing up breakbeats on renoise help
They need to enable 09xx command to MIDI mapping already. o.o
Deadly habit probably linked it already, but it's a matter of..... let's say, if you have a drumloop, highlight everything but the first hit, cut, and paste it into another sample slot and do the same thing with the sample you just cut out and pasted into the empty slot.
The latest version of Renoise enables you to highlight, right-click and immediately transport it to the next empty sample slot.
