hi at all!
just in case you didn't know... a fellow countryman who's heavy into the maddest dub producton techniques. he has also hosted the adored 'dub&bass'-parties in zurich some time ago, combining dub, dancehall and jungle sounds.

after reading the 2 contradictory opinions about bass compression i got confused...u guys know what the real answer behind this question is?

I've used the dubsiren for ages, Skream uses it a lot too.
Tape delay is perfect for hip hop vocals if used sparingly

it has to sound good

personally i use waves rvox for bass compression - it has only two sliders ha ha ha ha
