Those of you with memories like elephants and constitutions like rhinos will remember a night many moons ago that was so reckless and wild with abandon that it would have made George Best weep with pride... well, a one year spread, and now we back like that.
KISS ME AGAIN is happy to be returning to the Bunker Club (best bouncers in New Cross, cheapest drinks in London), and even more happy and overjoyed to have secured the dancefloor services of Werk head honcho ACTRESS for the occasion! Especially as he's playing with big guns like Kode9, 2562 and Shed the following weekend...
More blah blah blah below, but do make sure you check out his recent mix for FACT magazine for a taste of what he'll serve up. Prince, Terrence Dixon and er Cat Stevens, mmm yeah.
More love now.

ACTRESS (Werk, Thriller, Prime Numbers)
http://www.myspace.com/actresskhz
"A colour reel of 21st century pillow talk, diss records and Alan Partridge funk". Inspired by Anthony "Shake" Shakir, J Dilla and a whole host of other Motor City dons, Darren Cunningham's music belies its influences. Dubstep, wonky, Detroit house, his unique tracks have people scrabbling about for daft or lazy descriptions (like the ones above)... thankfully, what everyone can agree on is that he's very very good. Debut album "Hazyville" is a firm favourite round our ends and many others (hiya Boomkat! holla XLR8R! whattup FACT!), Trus'me's imprint Prime Numbers have tapped him for new tracks, Efdemin loves his Thriller sublabel... oh, and did we mention that his record label Werk puts out Zomby, Lukid and Lone?
VINDICATRIX (Mordant Music)
http://www.myspace.com/vindicatrix
Vindactrix is the nom-de-scare of young David Aird, who releases music on the very spooky Mordant Music label. When he's not being remixed by Shackleton or playing the tuba, he also likes to spin nervous acid boompty-boomp house records, which is what he'll be doing for us tonight.
PEDER MATTHIAS (Little White Earbuds)
Techno romantic, making girls say "oo" since '83...
