good, seems like your tune is late!! that's funny. just maybe your rytmic could be added some space, sometimes, but otherwise... oh yes, i find the voice sample a little loud. here! (hope my english doesn't matter.)

just listened to it, i was listening wandering which interesting thing i could tell you and... this bass came, that i know.. so just a question: how do you make your tunes?
otherwise the rythmic thing at the begining is interesting.
man u write in a confusing way. i use reason 4 for all my production. i also sample a lot with the nnxt, using soundfonts and tons of wave files. most of my basses are made from scratch with the thor.

THIS TRACK IS WICKED!

Apart from sorting the kick out a bit i CANNOT find fault in this track. Big props to u mate. Its so chilled and 'acoustic' sounding. Such a refreshing sound from midrange ass droppings and wobble.
Only 2 pointers id give on this track are 1) compress the kick a bit - it could be much punchier, 2) if the background noise isnt intended then the recording is a bit noisey.

Mate, if i had a label id sign u fo sho
yes! just dreamy as i like it. flying dubstep, nothing to say, find your kick just as loud as it has to be. goood...

Yeah, sick tune. What you using to make that. I reckon that synth at 1.22 could be louder though. Sweet noise!

This is my new tune. I've just switched over from Reason 4.0 to Ableton Live 7, so feedback would be well safe!!

http://www.virb.com/PrimeEvil it's called Projections

Cheers peeps!!

No one gave any feedback despite review someone else's :'( Bit of feedback would be appreciated!!

This is cool!! nice melodies
yes, i like it. happy keyboards, good rythm. maybe might you compress all that a little more..

yeah i need to do a little more work mixing it properly and so on, I try to avoid over compressing stuff as that was a major flaw of mine for ages. thanks for listening man :)

Listening to DigitalByte, its a cool track, definately a more industrial take on dubstep. One thing I would say about the whole mix is it is very 'muddy' feeling - as in, the highs seems dulled and sort of overtaken by the bass. Love the vocal samples but I can't hear what theyre saying? And the kick is only coming through my left channel? (Listening on AKG K141s in terms of EQ/panning reference)

That was very nice to listen to :) big tune, the beat was great had a nice groove also liking the reversed ambient sounds nd the vocals were great! did you use melodyne? Very nice, any chance of a 320?

Louis

any chance you could give me track some feedback?

Glad you like! I will sort a 320 out at some point soon, keep an eye on the thread on the main forum (linked in my sig)

As for your tune...

first of all I HATE YOUTUBE SHITTY AUDIO COMPRESSION... ok, just had to get that out my system

your track sounds very different to anything I've heard before, in a good way!

one thing i'm not keen on is the lack of kicks in the middle section... i tihnk the drums with more kicks at the start and the end sound better.... the sparser drums sound real good at first, but after a while it feels like there isn't enough drumming going on to keep the groove

can't really comment on the production value when it's a youtubed clip unfortunately - let me know if you put up a higher quality clip!

melody is really nice, drifts and twists and turns... all kinds of good going on here

Second is a rootsy tune with some dub samples from here and there.

Tell me what you think. Thanks in advance!
Anything to say 'bout these? C'mon!
the myspace player won't work properly for me... are these available anywhere else?

Cheers mate :)

The bg noise is there on purpose, just feels like it helps blend everything together in a way.

I think I agree about the kick too... it's a very slight thing, but I tihnk it could definitely be a little bit bigger, especially in the busier parts of the tune. I'm gonna sort out a 320 at some point, so I'll turn the kick up a tad for that and see how it sounds. Might need to eq the bass differently actually instead. I'll stop thinking through my fingers now though ;)

Really appreciate your feedback, and I'm glad you like the tune! If you want to check out some of my other bits and pieces, the link in my sig goes to a thread on the main forum here with links to this and a load of other tracks. :t:

I've always been into glitchy stuff, so straight away I was feeling this.

Nice spooky ghost sound

Production wise it sounds nice.

melody could maybe be mixed up a bit more. little simple imo

bass sounds nice

not sure it fits with my idea of dubstep, but that's not to say it isn't... just my opinion

in summary, i really like the intro, but it seems to slowly go downhill a little :( shame really :(

but of course it's not finished! :D so let me know when there's a new version!

like this one! rolls nicely, sounds well produced... bass is solid, without being overpowering, has a nice atmosphere to it

although the melody is a bit repetitive it really didn't bother me - this is good!

only small thing, i was willing it and willing it to drop into something huge, but i know that's not the vibe of this track...

tis a nice one though. breakdown at about 2:45 was nice

drums are a little straight, could be a bit more swingy... but then again that's just my personal taste!

like it though, there's definitely something there!

EDIT: Also, I'm going to start up a DSF soundcloud group and invite you all to it. You guys down?
high pitched synthy kinda lead is real nice

piano sounds like something off a casio keyboard, could use a bigger piano sound maybe?

lead seems to dominate the tune, could use more bass

definitely needs more bass

drums are solid.. nice and spacious
