new to production 1st decent tune go easy

ez all . would love to get some feedback on whether i could actually turn this into a decent tune once i get better at production or just anything, its not a fuly completed tune more of an idea. and im thinkin of scrappin the start part of the tune and just building around the middle.

been producin for like 3-4 months, no experience in any type of music or production knowledge before that.

Good work man, much better than my first attempts. What programs you using? That second drop is sick. As your new though, as much as you want to complete and polish every idea and track you make the best advice is to just push a track as far as your knowledge can take you, then start another one. With each new tune you'll learn something new, and then you'll really start getting a feel for what you're doing. Doesn't matter if you have a dozen unfinished tracks, as long as you can listen through them and sense some kind of progression you'll know you're on the right path. You can't expect to make a popular release when you first get into this game, fuck, I've been making beats for 3-4 years and still feel like I'm a complete amateur

thanks so much i appreciate it alot. i know exactly what you mean when talk about how your tunes should be getting progressively better. this tune here makes the first few i made look like an absolute joke, tho the ufny part is this tune probly sounds like an absolute joke to most if not all people here. (im not dumb and know it is nowhere near some of the stuff people are postin here) but still its a big improvement for me from a few months ago

That's basically how I've found my progression to be... every so often there'll be a track that's noticeably better than my previous efforts and kinda sets a new bar. Then a few tracks later the same will happen, and so on. Keep it going man, you're doing well so far.
