Better to take a combination of caffein and ibuprofen rather than paracetamol as it doesn't work your liver as hard. Also why people recommend taking it over paracetamol on a hangover as it doesn't put stress on the liver.

I used to get exactly this when I was stressed, like every Monday after school for example. It just stopped happening after a whole though, but I think it is mostly down to stress, so just chilling does the trick
