So, I posted an earlier version or this a bit ago but have done some work on it and think it's coming together, but i'm new to this and need all the feedback I can get. So give it a listen and let me know what you think.

Soundcloud

P.S. - When I upload this to sound cloud there is a slight ringing on the subs, I don't know why cause the original doesn't have that and I don't want that on there, so if you have any idea why that's happening let me know.

Thanks!

I like this man, synth is big. Maybe a little less/different reverb on the drums is all that jumps out at me, snare goes a little squelchy sometimes.

hey ive posted a few tracks, just trying to get some feedback on the overall feel and style of them and i havent gotten any feedback even though i left a bit. i'll continue to leave more feedback either way when i have some time, but if i could get your thoughts on this track i would really appreciate it!

its a track in progress, i will be adding a lot more, but as a basis for a track you think you could bump this?

Thanks in advance!!!

Hey man, i've listened to both your tracks Who the hell I think is pretty sick except for the vocal sample, I just think the song would be better without. And for strangest feeling I think its comin together except the wobble melody seems a little dissonant with the drums or kicks. Overall though I dig!

Give mine a listen if you can! Cheers!

i really dont like that gator track sounds drownd out by that saturated b line kinda hard to hear the bell in the back. i do like the sounds in insomnia especially the intro but maybe u could find a better sound for the main synth a bit more simliar to the intro sound.

@DrakeWho: im liking that 1st mix on ur myspace bro

lol yeah sorry, tbh i cant really say much about changing it. i realllllly like the pads and atmospherics at the beginning and the straight up chillin vibe when it drops. would love a 320 kbs when its finnished to play out with.

lowpass wrote:@Zonetrooper, yeah mate the vocals are off time, not really any sub in there, may want to think about it, has potential though, I like the little rises and samples

@Squalid, really fast, what tempo you writing at? got some potential for some gabbastep lol, again sample in it is cool, just need to work on that structure

Here is my effort at something a little more spacey, can give more feedback to anyone who crits mine
I'm working on a subass, Operator and Corpus in Ableton is pretty good for making some sub. I'm gonna redo the main wobble bassline since its shit and I've been listening to the vocals but can't tell whether they are off time, maybe my ears are fucked.

Pretty much my First decent tune. I posted an earlier version of this tune and got some tips. I kinda beefed it up a bit more, any advice would be great. Kinda workin on some new tracks might not bother with this anymore and just leave it but would like to know what yall think. I was playing resident Evil 5 when I thought of this then found the sample. Zombie Step.

Also Don't know the first thing about mixdowns or mastering. Any advice on doing this in ableton?

eeey lowpass those are some mad drums bro lovin the hats

tripwire22 - was digging that brther, but like the second half of the clip where it gets abit more intense i dunno if its just my shit arse speakers but there was a fair bit of distortion, got abit hard to listen to with all the fuzz, though the first part was ace.

http://soundcloud.com/airfreshener/deuce

here's my work in progress, still in its early stages. need to work on drum samples n shit, just dunno where to go with it from here (had an idea and lost it aha) just thought i'd throw it up and see if liked the vibe of the track :)
