oh of course, solve our weight issues with crystal meth! very practical
yeah just get yourself a tapeworm like i did and you can eat whatever you like
When I used to eat shit loads and not put on weight I thought I might have tapeworm...now I think I have a tumour.

So how did you get rid of the tapeworm, was it one of those 'picking it out of your bum after a shit' senarios???

I feel your pain on all of that shit. My back's fucked, my neck's fucked and almost every joint in my body cracks. I just straightened up my back in my chair and got about 7 cracks out of it.

27 shouldn't feel this way! I'm hoping becoming an boring-exercise-tnuc a couple of times a week might help a bit...

Kettle bells.... they will burn the fat off you.... they are bastards...absolute bastards but they will keep you thin .....

Either that or start a fight training regime...like a boxing regime.... e.g if you do any kind of MA try jogging with intermittent bursts of sprinting so jog two minutes... sprint full pelt for 30 seconds... repeat until your fucked....this will help you out no end when your sparring.

Walk a lot.

Doing sit ups won't get rid of it, it just builds up the muscle underneath.

I had a knee reco this year and put on 10kg/beer gut and I want to lose it.

Can't be arsed with sit up's or crunches. I figure just cutting down on food intake and lots of working/aerobic fitness should do it.

I also think smoking cigs suppresses diet, not healthy but could work in the short term.

for the record... to my knowledge i don't actually have a tapeworm. that's not saying that i don't as i haven't been examimed, but if i did have one then he would most definitely be called trevor and he's certainly helping to keep the pounds off

your body also tends to put on fat deposits where you are expending the most energy. so if all you do is sit ups then you could actually end up with a bigger belly

It's just you :P

You may have to improve on you sexual technique. My diagnosis is that you're thrusting the wrong way.
Thrusting all wrong!!! I just lie back and let my hand do all the work.
You need to get a dog, mate.
I have mate but the bitch always fakes a headache
I figured you were overdoggying it a bit.

Swimming's awesome. I just can't bring myself to walk half an hour to get there and another half hour to get back. Also, I only ever do front crawl, can't do breaststroke for shit for some bizarre reason.
I just straightened up my back in my chair and got about 7 cracks out of it.
LOL all my joints have been cracking probably since my teens. I quite enjoy the cracking actually.
