Sounds good mate, dark and ambient, wobbles weren't overpowering which i like... only thing I'd suggest is bring the drums up a bit in the mix.

thats very, very sick...
only thing id change (besides the outtro lol) is change the melody of the synth on the bassline, it sounds sick as it is, but a little variation every few beats will keep it interesting, otherwise it will get a bit repetetive over the entire track. that my opinion though

heres something ive started, im on the second drop and im pretty sure the kick is too quiet, let me know what you think :t:

nice mellow sounds and a laidback vibe, just missing a little bit of something to rip it up

Could someone give their opinion on this new track I'm working on?
It's nothing like I've ever done before; I always make dark/violent
stuff but this time I put myself to the test and made a happy tune by force .
The tempo is at around 100bpm which I don't like but that's the only way I could make it work with the vocals. eh..
My bandmate (the guy I work with on Naamah) likes its slowness and I'm also getting used to it, but please please give me some feedback!

Soundcloud
ps: this is a remix

man that is upfront. love the bass
Thanks, man! :D I'm glad it eventually turned out well.
j-one wrote: Nice work, I was skeptical a halfstep beat would work at 100bpm, but it sounds good... has more of a hip hop headnod kinda pace. Safe.
Thanks bro! Yeah I was skeptical about the halfstep and 100bpm too, and you're right its mood is more hip-hop "flavored", but I think it still might be playable at dubstep parties.. amirite?
Thanks again!

Peace
Hip-Hop had the advantage of being born before the age of information (the internet).
It had time to develop naturally into the complex subculture it is today. Dubstep didn't have a chance.
If Hip-Hop was a fully developed husky feared by millions, then Dubstep is the inbred chihuahua on steroids incapable of living but adored by billions.

thanks for listening man. i'm not really going for a crazy/filthy vibe on this tune, is that what you meant by 'rip it up'?

The only one thats really dubstep is "No Accident", let me know what you think!

EDIT: Argh, soundcloud won't let me play tunes (i have a REALLY bad PC atm) but i'm sure they're allbrilliant... :?

Gorgeous track man... really liked the second drop. Was going to suggest more sub to get the vibes really going, but it might just be these shitty headphones (on a laptop atm!).

This is a short introduction to my next tune, let me know what you think so far.
This was inspired by Emalkay- When i look at you.

It's really quiet so make sure you turn your speakers up!
Nice, really liking the understated menace here 8)
