Signus wrote:HAHA I keep remembering things people have said. We were playing a party (DnB this time) and this big fella walked over and asked:

"Got any yssup Cat Dolls?"

We laughed at him and my mate called him gay. Later on he broke a glass and threatened to hit me with it
Bloody philistine

I vote this thread to become sticky as new generations will update us with their hilarious comments. This is not a new phenomena, I've heard this since I started to DJ Acid House and such from late 80's before it went mainstream.

When i took my friends to FWD on my birthday it was quite funny, after about an hour most of them had vanished (various excuses, the kindest was 'I can't quite find my feet to this')...

It was all good though, two of my boys were doing 'The Spiderman', and my other mate was jumping around like a loon shouting,'Do you think its alright to mosh to this??'.

I thought a 3 out of 8 conversion rate was quite good :D

I was asked "This is usually a sort of more chill out room, haven't you got any Oasis or something?"

"can you play something else I'm finding that really unsettling.....
(2 tracks later)
....seriously please this is making me feel ill..."

apparently one track made my mate feel really "anxious" but he wouldn't let me play them again to find out which one :(

Product wrote:"how is it any different than trance?"
Hah! I was rockin down to this party Sat night bumpin some subby dubstep biz and this cat rolls by with the head bob. Im like Werd!
Then he runs to his car and hands me a trance anthem CD.
Said he heard my music and thought I'd dig the CD since it sounded the same.

All I could say was "No" and quickly drove far away.
