yeah im actually real familiar with gangstarr, i just really liked this sample cause its more sexy/directed at girls dancing, and i feel it works great with the subbass in the beat

nice, garage vibe
that lead synth provides a lot of the momentum, but its not easy on the ears, maybe eq it a little

first is a dubstep tune that is really quote rough at the mo.

second is a drum 'n' bass tune that just needs a little bit of polish.

Soundcloud

feedback would be awesome. also check out my mixes on soundcloud if you got the time :D
The high hat in the dnb song kind of takes over the whole thing, try chopping it up and lowering the volume. I noticed taht your layout is good but i felt that the synths were a bit cheesy. Maybe filter them a little and bring in some distortion to give it more interest.

Btw that dnb intro was sick.
cheers man, yeah i haven't mastered it yet so it's kinda all over the place but thanks man!
the dub tune has a good solid foundation, you know what you need to do.
everything he said about the dnb tune i agree with

Ya, I think I might just put a LP filter on the top synth... the crazyness was just to give it some motion... I need to either shorten it or add some more samples and a bridge... shorten the drop... Hmmmmmm.

Been working on this for bout an hour and a half would love a bit of feedback :D

im aware also the lack of a drop and that but as it says work in progress :z:
nice one man, would be sweet if the drop was a bit more hefty
Thanks heres 1 with a drop tell what you think Im not really that good on drops to be honest

Soundcloud
dude the drops not bad, perhaps on the second one you could loose the wobble before it though, still nice work.
its not that i meant make the build up more heafty, but the drop itself, like its all ready to hit you but then it seems more distant then the intro if you get me?

im not so good with the technical side of it sorry lol
