Ditto. It was the NES or the Amiga 500 that started me off. FF7 was the total peak of everything that ever was gaming for myself.
But, with Depression and such casting it's Anhedonia on me I struggle to do much at all anymore, and that's not just confined to the area of gaming - Books, Art, walks in the countryside, seeing friends, going to gigs, making music (that one's a killer and makes everything worse), those sorts of things.

But, I am playing Gran Turismo 4 at the moment though due to not being able to sleep and having a break from a track I've been making.
I love it ^_^ It's like an RPG racing game to me.

Big into my games man. Huge. Have been since I was old enough to play 'em.

Having to scale that shit right back though this year, just don't have room for it any more really with a full time job and a family, and making beats is so much more rewarding that slotting anonymous chumps between the eyes online...

Great for when you need a break from a track or whatever, though I have a stupid large backlog of games I am futilely
trying to work though these days...
