Amecca Records is the Brainchild of British Expat Ed Eldridge (dUbLe E) and Local Don John English (Herts Solvent).

It aims to encapture the diverse musical influences and tastes off both its founders, and provide a Hub and a platform from which music, art, design, and infectious creativity can flow.

Amecca Records is currently based in Brisbane, Australia, (a city who's incredible depth and variety of talent is what has sparked this label into creation) but is due to become one of international status, with Ed's scheduled move back to the UK in Feb.

Bringing some of the Freshest and most diverse sounds to date; whether its Total Strangers 80's Synth Wonk, to Shankles' ethereal sonic adventures, or Elroy 4.0 blasting you into hyper drive with his tweeked and rinsing synths and manic drum programming, Craig LP will get the dance floor rolling through the night with his sublime take on 2-step.
Amecca records is set to make a mark on the beat driven musical world, with brand new and unheard artists, like nothing before its time.

Constantly on the look out for new Producers/Bands/Desiners/Sound Artists/Visual Artists e.t.c. the lads are not intersted in promoting or pushing sounds or sights that can be found on any one of the millions of Blogs or download sites on the net, they believe that we are living in one of the most exciting eras of music that has ever existed and aim to bring that to the table.

It just so happens that all of the artists currently on the rostar were discovered in Brisbane, some now live in Berlin, some still in the town lovingly known as Brisvegas, this is a city that is going to blow up and stand up to any of its forefathers.

At present all energy is being placed into getting the label up and running, design finalised and distribution negotiated. They are looking to release some Artists digitally and some futher down the track on limited Vinyl pressings.

So if you feel you have something to give to the world we would love to see or hear it, and help you reach the audience and people that need to see or hear it to help you achieve your goals.
Please drop any music in the soundcloud drop box which is located @ www.soundcloud.com/amecca-records.
Or if visual email it to ameccarecords@gmail.com

Highest quality recordings and images would be appreciated, and no use of any artists work will take place without prior consent, and legal approval.

WATCH THIS SPACE.
