no offence, gumilap. tho - i hate when people start like "i did it becuz i was bored". wtf? so you might have gone fishing or waxing you car instead. "oh no - i decided to do a mix, yaknow!"

i ain't a dj, tho dj mixes (as being a creative activity) needs a bit inspiration as propelling force, not boredom imho ..

sorry - don't want to be an assho*e on this wednesday afternoon tho. after all - the tracklist looks tasty. goog luck on further djing!

yeah, I understand what ya saying... it does sound silly making a mix cos some1's bored... What I meant with this, is I did have the inspiration, but didn't have a concept, just dropped the tunes as I felt right there, in that very moment...:p
you'r right though.gonna delete that line.

Perhaps it was just a line to introduce the mix...I once said I made 2 mixes coz I got drunk, wasn't obviously so, just lacked a propper one-liner that time...Gonna peep your mix Gumi, perhaps even catch you in Budapest soon with your partners in crime

no way - state of being drunk cauzes creativiness (in many levels), boredom involves nothing more than overall regress. anyway - it's a 2way road

anyway, case closed - i'll try to dl the mix in the next few minutes. not a day without vex'd!

Being drunk causes me to see too many buttons on a mixer ('Where's the f**ing crossfader on this one mate' - true story) :D
But yeah case closed. Gumilap has the goods ;)

The drunker the better :v:

I think boredom's quite useful really - when there's no stimulus I think the brain starts coming up with some random way of trying to make uninteresting things fascinating in much the same way your friend, the television might.

Might just be me though
Hmm....

Lol, actually I think I mix better while i'm mashed, it flows better... or maybe it's me that doesn't notice the trainwrecks while pissed... dunno.
As for the mix, love that Cat Power vocal and the rest of the tracklist looks nice, I'll give feedback as soon as I listen to it. Big up!

@ Gumilap: Soon, we gotta chat about it sometime ;)
Well, if it's turning into a boredom vs drinks, I have quite a few stories lol.
Like giving Klute one of his records to sign...but it was inserted in Intalex's sleeve... Or completely blacking out during an entire set, being told afterwards that it was my best... Ridiculous! I'm trying to stay sober for the most part of my sets these days :D
