the fact that this is simply drawing people to polar opposites in some attempt to prove one side better then the other.

it's divisive.

im usually pretty down with what you post piston, but this seems like a windup.

I remember mala posting something on here in reference to the forum awards several years ago- he didn't vote because he had a problem with comparing peoples music like that.

I voted in the awards, I think they're a cool way to recognize greatness. I didn't vote in this thread though.

well it wouldn't prove anything obviously mate :D

I was merely curious as to what the result would be....jesus it's one thing to not be allowedto voice negative views on here but to ban anything that may actually spark debate?

the debates been sparked and cashed... wish it would get left alone so we could enjoy music instead of argue about it.

easy, no hatred intended :D

you know the gravious tune is better, according to the current taste of fellows like us
(yes, I am more ON YOUR SIDE THAN THEIRS if that means anything... )

just seems like you're trying to stir something up rather than cultivate healthy convo... but I could be totally mistaken, my bad if so...

A healthy conversation needs at least to sides to make it a conversation. It's a shame loads of threads descend into shite on here but what can you do it, it's the Internet.

um, neither?

sounds like cookie-cutter dubstep to me.

I'm not tryin to talk shit... I'm simply not impressed.

(if I had to chose one it would be Flux, but ONLY because the other sounded tooooo plastic)

fair enough

too each their own!

what do you mean by cookie-cutter dubstep though?

it is essentially a future garage tune with techno influences

what I mean is that its nothing I haven't heard before... you know?

I've never heard those tracks before in my life, but I feel like I've heard them a million times.. that kind of cookie cutter.

also, please keep in mind that genres such as garage and techno I have never looked into... I went strait from heavy metal to the deepest darkest face-stompin dnb & jungle... so when it comes to labeling electronic music I can only describe it the best way I know how. Where I come from, garage and techno aren't really well known.

I'm not trash talking the artists tho... I appreciate the music for what it is.

Although in this specific case, I prefer the Gravious tune. I've heard better by Flux.

They're both pretty generic in their respective regions of dubstep land.
