Post by ahier » Thu Jan 28, 2010 1:33 am

Soundcloud

something i did after listening to the circle show, that kinda dubbage stuff that is being spun

still in need of a serious mixdown, but gives you the rough idea

any reviewers?

edit - uploaded a mastered (to the best of my ability) version, lemme know what you think

i like this. the sounds you use make it sound baitly a bit like that boy 8-bit tune - i think bulbs out or sth - but nice feel 2 it. beef up the bass when mixing it down then it will really roll.

any 320s when done most welcome.... :D

bro just some advice here, don't upload anything anywhere without a mix down.

i like to see it as another part of a tune, like a synth bassline or drum hit. you wouldnt up a tune with no bassdrum so dont up a tune with no mixdown.

im telling u this cause i made these mistakes in the past and suffered from it. see this music as ur product and listeners as the consumers. the market is currently flooded and they have many options to buy elsewhere.. make ur product the best and they will keep coming back 4 more

nice tune though mate i liked it :e:

thanks for the advice, yeah i think its just cos i get over excited when i make a tune that im actually happy with, so i get over excited when it comes to sharing it and upload it before its ready. i guess cos i have an intense struggle with my creative side and my critical side its only about every 2 or 3 months that i get a tune that melodically and rhythmically i am happy with. I am beginning to realise the importance of mixdown these days though, i jus jumped the gun yet again haha

thanks for listening aswell!

needs stronger edits and more change up/filtering on the main synth line. otherwise good effort
