Hey guys just trying to get put in the right direction in creating a windey sorta buildup/riser before a drop.

Like most things, sounds like this can be solved with an LFO, on both some form of filter and the resonance.
Sounds like a pulse wave would do the job, detune slightly as it rises, maybe a slight pitch up automation.
